Reservations made will be confirmed once a payment of at least 50% of the total reservation value has been made, either through bank transfer or Bizum. If the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to the check-in date, the advance payment will be refunded as long as the dates of the canceled reservation can be re-sold by the establishment. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, the advance payment will not be refunded, and the customer will be required to pay the full amount of their reservation to the establishment.
