CaminoBeds from inside the Camino
CaminoBeds was born in 2025 from the real experience of living the Camino every day, with a clear idea: connect pilgrims and accommodations in a way that feels close, safe and designed for the reality of each stage.
CaminoBeds was born in 2025 in Bercianos del Real Camino, a small village in Leon where the Camino de Santiago is part of daily life. After years managing and owning a pilgrim hostel since 2017, Albergue Bercianos 1900, one idea became clear: build a platform truly designed for the needs of the people who live and walk the Camino.
The platform was created from within the Camino itself, listening to pilgrims, hostel owners and small rural accommodations in order to build a useful, simple tool that stays true to the real experience of the route.
What drives us
Create a platform that understands the Camino not from the outside, but from the daily experience of those who live it and welcome others into it.

Real experience running a pilgrim hostel
From within the Camino, we identified an obvious need: make the connection between pilgrims and accommodations easier without losing the closeness and human warmth that make this journey unique.
For pilgrims
Many pilgrims finish each stage unsure whether they will find a bed, calling different hostels or relying on platforms that are poorly adapted to such a special experience.
For accommodations
At the same time, many small rural accommodations still struggle to gain visibility and manage their bookings simply, despite the value they bring to the Camino.
That is why CaminoBeds exists: a platform created from the real experience of the Camino, supporting pilgrims at every stage with a more human, safe and simple way to book accommodation.
We do not want to add noise to the journey, but clarity. We want booking a bed to feel easy, trustworthy and adapted to the real nature of the Camino de Santiago.
To connect pilgrims and accommodations in a clear, close way adapted to the reality of the Camino de Santiago.
We want booking a bed to stop being a concern, for rest to come with less friction, and for both pilgrims and hosts to focus on what matters most: living the Camino.
We bring supply and demand together through useful information and a more direct experience for both sides.
We reduce calls, doubts and unnecessary steps so every booking feels smoother.
We design the platform to support an experience that is deeply personal and welcoming.
CaminoBeds also works to give visibility to small villages and rural accommodations, helping strengthen the local economy while preserving the welcoming human essence that makes the Camino de Santiago unique.
We want towns with less digital exposure to remain an active part of the pilgrim's route.
We make it easier for small rural properties to present themselves better and manage bookings with less complexity.
Technology only makes sense if it protects what makes the Camino special: closeness, hospitality and a human pace.
Whether you travel as a pilgrim or run an accommodation, CaminoBeds wants to be by your side with a clearer, more human experience adapted to the real Camino.
