Rules and Policies of Happy Hostal Carrales: - Check-in Time: Check-in and key collection is not possible after 10:30 PM. - Prior Notice: To arrange for key collection, it is mandatory to notify us at least 30 minutes in advance indicating your expected arrival time. You can do this through the special requests section when making your reservation or by contacting us directly (you will find the details in your confirmation). - Parking: We have parking spaces located 2 minutes from the hostel. Spaces are limited, incur an additional cost, and must be reserved in advance. - Long Stays: For bookings of 7 or more days, it is necessary to contact the accommodation as these stays have special conditions. - Bicycle Policy: If you are traveling with a bicycle, you must inform us in advance. We have a private and secure room to store it; the only condition is that collection on the day of departure must be after 9:00 AM. - Cancellations and Modifications: If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 2 days before your arrival date, there will be no charges. If you cancel after this period or do not show up, the full stay will be charged. - Establishment Rules: Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar gatherings are not allowed in this accommodation.
