Cancellation policy

To make your reservation effective, you will need to fill in the information requested by the booking engine; no charge will occur on the card until your arrival or in the event that the reserved room or apartment is canceled at short notice: - If the reservation is canceled more than 15 days in advance, no charge will be made to the card, or you may change the date of the reservation if there is availability. - If cancellation is communicated between 7 and 14 days in advance, 40% of the price of the reserved accommodation will be charged. - If cancellation is communicated within 6 days prior to the reserved occupancy date, the full amount of the reserved accommodation will be charged. - If, due to a force majeure, a person cannot travel, a voucher may be issued to redeem the reservation within a year under the same conditions. Force majeure is understood as situations beyond your control that may prevent you from complying with the conditions of the reservation.
