# PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS (3 ROOMS OR LESS) Free cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date. If you wish to reduce or cancel your reservation less than 15 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to the value of the first night will apply. If you wish to reduce or cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation will apply. # PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AGENCIES GROUPS (4 ROOMS OR MORE) Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. If you wish to reduce or cancel your reservation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 25% of the reservation will apply. If you wish to reduce or cancel your reservation between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation will apply. If you wish to reduce or cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the reservation will apply.
